Должностные обязанности

Customer relations manager will be required to build and grow a national, multi-faceted enterprise sales organization that will focus on new business acquisitions as well as managing and growing an existing national account customer base. The primary responsibilities will be to plan, direct and control all business sales activities, and to develop existing sales teams as well as execute on acquisition and growth strategies targeting nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct, monitor and lead the development of business sales strategies, business plan, projects and budget in line with corporate strategy.
2. Sales of Telecommunications related products and services
3. Build business relationship with new and existing customers
4. Responsible for the expansion and retention of the business with growth strategies
5. Maintain rapport with clients through active follow ups and regular sales visits
6. Work closely with cross-functional colleagues within the organization to achieve business objectives
7. Responsible for submission of regular and timely opportunity report

  • Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor or above in Electronics / Telecommunication 

  • Experience: At least three years of experience in telecom industry as Account manager.

  • Knowledge of Switch, Access, GSM, CDMA, WIMAX, UMTS, CN, Transmission equipment and others. Broad telecom industry background and experience in technical service operations

  • Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, excellent organizational & communication skills

  • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, good knowledge of Russian and Uzbek languages is an asset 

  • Computer literacy
