Должностные обязанности


  • Assists to ensure that the procedures in the Quality Manual and Operating Procedures are being followed;

  • Assists to ensure that corrective actions and amendments are carried out accordingly and satisfactory;

  • To ensure that each and every staff member of MDIS Tashkent is aware of the importance of customer satisfaction; studying and improvement of the quality of the process for which he/she is responsible;

  • Assists analyzing student evaluation data and generating reports for both quality and management purposes;

  • Assists ensuring proper use and maintenance of Institute facilities (based on student evaluation data, etc);

  • Assists ensuring the awareness of staff pertaining the complaint management system and developing their skills in following up & and managing student /customer related complaints;

  • Assists ensuring the awareness of staff pertaining the techniques of updating the Departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and motivation to review and propose updates annually;

  • To ensure that all necessary action has been directed towards providing customers with services of appropriate quality;

  • Provide guidance and support for the MDIS Tashkent's total effort towards its goal.

Дополнительные требования

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, Statistics, or related field;

  • Minimum one (1) year of work experience within education sphere / Quality Assurance OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved;

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Russian;

  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Office Applications;

  • Initiative;

  • Detail oriented;

  • Possess the ability to interact with other departments in a flexible and dynamic work environment;

  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team;

  • Meet schedules and time lines.

Quality Assurance Department ensures quality is pursued at all levels of the Institute. Department interprets and implements quality assurance standards; monitors unusual occurrences, reporting follow-up procedures periodically; reviews quality assurance standards, and reports/advises the management on how the system is performing in regards to quality, & providing improvement suggestions that could be made with the advice of each of the relevant staff member.
